1) Where is the pick up from?

Pick up is from 45 Tournament Drive, Point Cook VIC 3030.

2) Do you take custom cake orders?

Yes we do!  Please fill out custom cake requirement form on our home page and we will get in touch with you within 24 hours.

3) What are your Custom Cake Toppers made of ?

Our Custom Cake Toppers are made from layers from thick quality card stock.  The card stock that we use is UK made and does not shed any glitter as often seen with cheap quality glitter card stock.

4) Do you have wooden or acrylic cake toppers?

At this stage, we only have card stock cake toppers that are very sturdy.  They come in variety of colours. And works out to be much cheaper than acrylic toppers!

5) What if you do not have the colour of card stock that I want for my topper?

We carry many colours of glitter card stock.  If you are after a particular colour to match your cake or theme, please send us an sms on 0432 874 207 (quickest way to get us) or email us on [email protected]  and we will help you find exact colour you are after.

6) I want my topper to say something else than your topper products.  How do I order that?

If you want to say something specific on your topper, please send us an email on [email protected] or sms on 0432 874 207 and we will send you a quote.  We endeavour to provide quotes as quickly as possible.

7) Do you accept cash on pick up?

No, sorry we do not accept cash, neither do we keep any cash on premises, all orders need to be paid via website.

8) Do you deliver?

We offer free delivery to Point Cook and offer $15 flat rate delivery to Tarneit, Williams Landings, Tragunina and Wyndham Vale.  Please contact us on 0432 874 207 if you have any questions.

9) Do you provide Eggless cakes?

Yes! we do cater for Egg less requirements.

10) Do you cater to Gluten and dairy free requirements?

At this stage we do not.

11) Are you registered with Council?

Yes! we are fully registered with Council.

12) Do you accept short notice orders?

We try to accommodate subject to our schedule.  In general we need a minimum of 3 days notice for all our cakes.  If you do need it urgently, just send us an sms on 0432 874 207 and we will try our best to accommodate your request.  There will be a 15% extra cost per item for any short notice requirements.

13) Can I come and pick up anytime?  Do you have a shop?

We bake fresh on order, so we do not have cakes that are ready to be picked up.  No, we do not have a shop (not as yet), we are a home based business.  

14) Can we pick up from your home anytime?

Unfortunately, even though we are a home based business, we do have set business hours, but we are open late on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.  We also offer pick up Sundays as well which is convenient for busy customers.

15) I’ve placed an order but need to cancel it, do I get my money refunded?

Minimum of 48 hours of notice is required for any cancellation, upon which money is refunded minus admin charge of $15.00.  For full details, please refer to our terms and conditions here
