Rasmalai Cake

This cake was just incredible. Can’t believe that the sponge was so soft and Gluten free. Honestly we tried them for the first time and were blown away. We have tried many many gluten free cakes, this one wins a gold medal!!
We are now going to try their Lychee strawberry flavour and hope they can introduce more flavours in future especially mango. Well done!
