When are your delivery days?
At this stage, we deliver on Saturdays and Sundays between 9am - 12pm within Wyndham City Council area.
Where are you located?
We are Council registered and approved Class 2 business based in Point Cook, Victoria.
Is pick up available?
We primarily offer local delivery (within Wyndham Council area) for all our products and offer Australia wide shipping for selected Brownies.
However, if you don't live in Wyndham council area, and would like to order, please contact us on 0432 874 207 or email us at hello@thebakingmum.com.au and we'll be happy to discuss the available options.
How much do you charge for local delivery?
Local delivery is $7.99 within Wyndham City Council.
FREE local delivery for orders over $60
What do you ship and what is for local delivery?
We do local delivery for all our products (Cinnamon Scrolls, Brownies and Signature and Custom Cakes ). And Express post selected Brownies Australia-Wide.
Do you make custom cake designs?
Yes! we do make custom cakes. Please send us inquiry through Custom Cake Inquiry Form here
How much notice do you require for custom cakes?
We would require at least 2 weeks notice for custom cakes.
How long does it take for my shipping order to arrive?
Selected Brownies are mailed out Monday - Thursday via Express Australia Post so they arrive fresh. Australia Post delivers Express post mail next business day in most cases but sometimes delays are possible.
All items are shipped from Point Cook, Melbourne.
